Job description: Job Description: Agile CoachWe are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the adoption,maturity, and scaling of Agile and DevOps practices across global ITteams. This role partners with product owners, scrum masters, programmanagers, and delivery teams to enable high-performing, value-drivenagile delivery.Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the transformation from traditional waterfallto Agile methodologies- Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and best practices- Support Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe frameworks- Partner with PMO and program leadership on Agile planning, execution,and reporting- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives- Deliver Agile training sessions and workshops for teams and new hires- Design and run ad-hoc training using Agile games, liberatingstructures, and interactive techniques- Promote DevOps culture and collaboration between development andoperations teamsReporting StructureThis position reports hierarchically to local management andfunctionally to the Agile Team Leader.Required Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks- Hands-on DevOps experience- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)- Knowledge of Lean, XP, DAD, or similar Agile methodologies- Minimum 2 years of Agile coaching experience- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master- At least one recognized Agile certification- 10+ years of experience working on IT projects- Experience supporting large, complex, and offshore delivery teams- Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsPreferred Qualifications- Experience in the shipping or transportation industry- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps- Knowledge of design patterns- Experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing practicesCore Competencies- Coaching and mentoring- Leadership and influence- Team building and facilitation- Strong listening and communication skills- Problem solving and decision making- Organization, planning, and execution- High level of ownership and accountabilityLocation & Travel- Position based in Warren- Occasional travel to Italy, India, and Switzerland Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks- Hands-on DevOps experience- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)- Knowledge of Lean, XP, DAD, or similar Agile methodologies- Minimum 2 years of Agile coaching experience- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master- At least one recognized Agile certification- 10+ years of experience working on IT projects- Experience supporting large, complex, and offshore delivery teams- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Why is This a Great Opportunity: Worldwide global company, very stableNigel
