Partnering closely with Sales, the full-time Senior Sales Engineer will guide prospects through technical evaluations, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate Compyl's GRC platform, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery and technical validation to solution design and handoff Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance customer experience and product feedback Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences, ensuring understanding of GRC solutions Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security frameworks, and APIs, with a preference for Azure Familiarity with GRC domains and tools such as OneTrust, Riskonnect, Onspring, or Zilla Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including SOX, SOC 2, PCI, GDPR, NIST, and ISO 27001 Excellent collaboration skills and a pragmatic, compliance-by-design mindset
